Development of technical evaluation of projects and responsibility for necessary permits and risks. Negotiating the scope of work on the part of the building owner to adapt the space to the client’s requirements and design budget, along with verification of cost estimates. Advice on the best design solutions, use of finishing materials and their durability.
AUDIT OF OPERATING COSTS
Detailed analysis of operating costs, verification of fee settlement accuracy in the current location and one year after signing of lease agreement in the new location. Support in the selection of cost reduction solutions.
CERTIFICATION OF OFFICE SPACE
Advice on the selection of eco-friendly solutions and finishing materials, taking into account environmental and sustainability considerations. Selection of appropriate certification together with comprehensive support in the certification process.
