The Old Town is the most historical district in Cracow, which is located in the city center. It borders with Podgórze, Dębnik, Krowodrza, Prądnik Czerwony and Grzegórzki. The Old Town was entered by UNESCO into the World Cultural Heritage List, due to the history associated with it, which dates back to 1257 when the city was built. Cracows Old Town has kept its layout since the Middle Ages despite many tragedies that Poland went through since that time. In addition to numerous monuments in the Old Town Square, such as Sukiennice, Barbakan, Mariacki Church, there are also many cafes, restaurants and small shops, which also add charm to the city.

The Old Town Square itself does not offer many office spaces, the existing ones are, among others, Pałac Popielów, Drukarnia building and Pałacyk pod Orłem, but beyond the borders of the historical area there are currently around 13 office buildings, and soon enough, new projects will also be completed. Their location undoubtedly provides a comfort of work thanks to the neighboring historical part of the city, as well as available bus and tram lines, which provide convenient access to different parts of Cracow.

The reason for such rapidly developing real estate is the high demand for office space, which attracts many developers to Cracow.
