Adgar Park West D - building description
Adgar Park West D is the planned last project of the Adgar Park West office complex. The building will provide future tenants with over 8,000 m2 of office space on 4 storeys, 663 underground parking spaces and 449 above-ground parking spaces. A great asset of the investment will be a 16-metre climbing wall, extensive glazing, which will provide an amazing view, but also illuminate the space with daylight. Other advantages that make the project stand out are the first Co-creating – Brain Embassy in Poland, a training centre and event venues, but also an extensive list of service outlets and facilities located within the complex. Thanks to its convenient location at Jerozolimskie Avenue, the facility will provide a number of bus lines as well as access to the Blue City Shopping Centre and Reduta Shopping Centre located in the immediate vicinity.
