Sopot is a city located on the Gulf of Gdańsk and it is part of the Tri-City agglomeration. It is situated between Gdańsk and Gdynia and is inhabited by over 36,500 people (according to data from the end of 2017).

Sopot is known for its resorts and spa areas. Many hotels are located there, including Sheraton which is located by the beach and a wooden pier, the longest one in Europe.

In Sopot you can travel using buses and trolleybuses, thanks to which you can easily get to every district. In addition, in Sopot there are three stations of the Fast City Rail (Szybka Kolei Miejska), thanks to which traveling to other coastal locations is fast and convenient. A few years ago, a new railway station was opened, which is connected with a retail, service and office complex, known as Sopot Centrum and consists of 5 buildings. It is located near the popular Bohaterów Monte Cassino street, also known as Monciak with numerous cafes, restaurants and clubs, where cultural events take place. Nearby you can visit the famous Crooked House, which looks as if it was taken out of a fairy tale.

Sopot does not have any concentration areas of office buildings. However, you can find several smaller buildings with office space for rent, but they are scattered all over the city.
