    .KTW I is the first building of the new office complex developed in Katowice at 1 Roździeńskiego Avenue, next to the Spodek Arena, the International Congress Centre, and the Culture Zone. The building consists of two offset volumes, offering over 18,000 m² of modern office and retail/service space. The office building has been awarded the BREEAM Interim Excellent certification.
